Order Processing

All products sold by Scripture Studio are custom-made to order. Once an order is placed, it is sent to one of our print-on-demand manufacturing partners, which may be located in different countries around the world.

Because items are made specifically for each customer, processing times vary and begin after your order is successfully placed.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by third-party custom manufacturing suppliers
Suppliers are selected based on product type, availability, and destination
Shipping times may vary depending on the supplier’s location, production time, and carrier
Multiple items in one order may ship separately

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using global suppliers. Customers are responsible for:

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
Delays caused by customs clearance

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for:

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Packages returned or lost due to address errors

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order is marked as shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Packages marked as delivered but not received

If an issue occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in contacting the carrier.
