All sales are final
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed, except where required by law
Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization details (including names, text, dates, and design selections) are accurate before checkout

3. Order Accuracy

Scripture Studio is not responsible for errors provided by the customer, including but not limited to:

Spelling or grammatical mistakes
Incorrect personalization details
Incorrect sizing, color, or product selection

4. Third-Party and Manufacturer Disclaimer

Some products may be produced, printed, or fulfilled by third-party manufacturers or suppliers.

Scripture Studio does not accept responsibility or liability for:

Manufacturing defects
Printing errors
Material quality issues
Delays caused by third-party manufacturers, suppliers, or shipping carriers

Any issues arising from third-party production or fulfillment are outside of our direct control.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scripture Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

All content, designs, images, logos, and text created by Scripture Studio are the intellectual property of Scripture Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia New South Wales.
